90 0 0 0 0 0 0 90 105 Yes Handicap committee reviewed race results from 2023 regattas and it was determined that this boat, rated provisional many years ago, should have a handicap significantly lower. A data review suggested the 6 point adjustment is supportable. The motion by Paul Bezanson, who protested against the 96 rating years ago, was supported unanimously at the handicap committee, with all committee members who sail against this boat abstaining completely in the discussion. 21-05-2024
